NOOOOOOOOO!! MOFFFAAAAAAAAT!!
for the Bow part.
I've always loved LoTR, so seeing The Hobbit was a must for me, Martin Freeman and Benedict or no. I've never really been into Star Trek, but this one looks interesting. Maybe I'll see it, but probably not.
If you go to see these movies just for the actors, though, there are some "older" fans of LoTR and Star Trek who may berate you for just getting interested because your favorite actor is in it. Don't pay attention to them. It's likely to happen at some point, but just remember that they were once new to it as well. There is just this whole mess on Tumblr over it, all this butthurt and complaints that Sherlock fans are "ruining" The Hobbit and Star Trek Into Darkness. Don't pay attention to them :3
Mine used to do that, too, then I sat her down and forced her to watch it. Now she has a Sherlocked t-shirt and a "That's what people BREW" tea mug. She says her favorite characters are Sherlock and Moriarty. Whenever she walks into a room and wants to announce her presence, she says "Jim Moriarty. Hiiiii!"
